Delroy Josephs graduated from the University of Florida in 1991/1992 with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Construction Management and Business Administration. He has worked in the construction industry on various projects, including hospital renovations and expansions, vacation resorts, theme parks, commercial buildings, and retail ventures.
Delroy also has experience in Property Management and Leasing. Since joining CM Advisors in 2021, he has been involved with multi-family residential developments, mixed-use mid-rise projects, hotel projects, high-rise projects, industrial projects, and commercial projects in multiple states, with project values reaching up to approximately $350,000,000.
As a Senior Project Manager at CM Advisors, his responsibilities include analyzing construction documents, budgets, and schedules, assessing the adequacy of materials and procedures, and managing various project-related documentation and monitoring processes.

Brett Isen graduated from California State Polytechnic University (CalPoly), Pomona in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Management. He began his career as a Staff Engineer at Southern California Geotechnical, where he was involved in report writing, foundation design, and site testing.
In 2013, he joined CM Advisors, LLC as an assistant project manager. Over the years, he advanced to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and then Managing Director in 2020. At CM Advisors, LLC,
Brett has managed a variety of construction projects, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial, across multiple states, with project costs ranging from $10,000,000 to $750,000,000.

Charles P. Isen is a Founding and Principal Partner of CM Advisors, LLC, with experience in all facets of the construction development process, offering guidance to architects, developers, general contractors, and commercial investment bankers. He is recognized in his field and has served as an expert witness.
His experience includes corporate project design and construction management for major retailers, and he has been a liaison between owners and developers for commercial and residential projects, as well as an owner representative for city and county approval processes.

Mike Parnell holds degrees in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and Arizona State University. His career includes working as a project engineer for the US Army Corps of Engineers, overseeing construction projects like the Space Shuttle Launch Complex. He then spent over 20 years at Abacus Project Management, managing the Lender Services Division.
In 2006, he founded CM Advisors, LLC, where he consulted on construction defect lawsuits and currently works as a managing partner, representing lenders and investors in construction projects and performing peer reviews
